Paradoxically enough, the correct answer probably is... all of the above.

David Wilcock is right: as a lightworker, by keeping your vibration high, you raise the overall vibration. ('Entrainment' is the term for that).

Therefore, being is enough.

Ghandi comes to mind: be the change you want to see.

So that is what it means to BE a lightworker: It is to be that what you already are.

But at the same time, it is within our nature while embodied, to want to DO something. So what can a lightworker do?

Well a lightworker does not have to do anything, other than be the change he or she wants to see.

But a lightworker can have a bigger effect, by teaching others how to be the change they want to see... so that they, too, can help raise the overall vibration.

Well, that's how I feel about it.
