Greer's Orion Project, an attempt to design, manufacture and sell a practical free energy device (the energy produced is free, the device isn't), should be considered as part of the disclosure effort for the following reason: part of the reason for the cover up of UFOs is to keep a lid on the ET technologies. Once this stuff gets out, the entire economic system built around oil, coal, and other expensive energy sources will be overturned in short order. This is a HUGE BIG DEAL. Once this technology is out, part of the reason for all of the secrecy goes away, along with a big part of the cost of running society, and a gigantic source of pollution. If you know anything about the history of people who had success in this area, you know they have all been shut down one way or another. Will Greer succede? I sure hope so, 'cause there isn't much time left to save the earth from the mess we're making of it.
Is this technology real? I've spent quite a bit of time digging into it, and my opinion is that it is totally real. There are a number of unusual electral phenomena such as "cold electricity" that have been discovered and used by a number of researchers/inventors (Tom Bearden calls this phenomenon Dirac Sea holes). Interactions between electricity/magnetism and gravity have also been discovered multiple times (and shut down).
UFOs clearly don't have rocket engines so they must be using some kind of gravitational/field propulsion. T. Townsend Brown (the guy in my icon picture) was an early researcher in electrogravitics. Put two field propulsion units on a shaft and you have an electrogravitic motor - free energy. Townsend Brown demonstrated such a device. There are numerous other ways that have been discovered for extracting energy from the universe without combustion, fission, or fusion, many of which use cold electricity in some way rather than electrogravitics.
Greer is not inventing these things himself - he's a medical doctor. He's trying to find legitimate inventors who are already working in this area and support them. There are plenty of free energy hoaxers out there, just like there are plenty of UFO hoaxers. Anybody with half a brain will want to see hard evidence before accepting any device as the real thing.
I feel very strongly that Greer is sincere in this effort and has a good plan for getting this technology out to the world.
