About a year ago I had an interesting experience. Something I had never experienced before or since. I was in bed, it was morning, sleeping in late on a Saturday, it was bright morning light at about 7:00 a.m. The room was fully illuminated. Normally I’m a real sleepy-head when I wake up, it takes me a while to wake up enough to even open my eyes but not this morning. In an instant I went from being totally asleep to totally awake, with my eyes literally popping open. I was lying on my right side with my head turned slightly up so my gaze was centered toward the head of the bed about three feet above the bed. As plain as day, right there in the air, in full color, and in clear vision (which is odd because I am near-sighted and wasn’t wearing glasses or contact lenses) was a type of window. I could see through the window into a room. It was clinical, like a hospital room. With smooth walls, white with shiny metal and very clean. Protruding from the window as a machine. It extended into my bedroom from the window. Ok, so my eyes pop open, as soon as I begin to comprehend what it is I’m seeing, this machine slowing retracts back into the hovering window. As the machine retracted the window began to shrink, to close. The machine cleared the edge of the window and was fully back into its ‘room’ and the window continued to close and then it just disappeared. I was dumbfounded.

Several days later mentioned it to a close friend and my friend just stared at me blankly and changed the subject. About two weeks later I developed an inner ear infection in my left ear, the ear what was exposed on the morning I saw the window/machine.

As far as I know I have never encountered a UFO. I have had OBEs since I was a young child, I have had many experiences with non-physical entities but no experience like the one I describe above.
