I will put a few comments to think about
1) The US NAVAL Observatory has used this frequency since it began to set their clocks, even before it was called Schumann Resonance
2) The US NAVAL Laboratory runs HAARP
3) The US NAVY ran the Philadelphia Experiment
4) Many people have noticed that time appears to be getting shorter... not enough hours in the day to get stuff done... OP gave you a current figure 16hrs
5) Before NOAH people lived over 800 years, after the life span dropped. What if it was a result of the frequency? The higher it gets, the shorter the years on the clock, but it does not effect our life... so as the time shortens, it appears we live longer...
This is a lot of work to tie this all together. Several people have offered to help... all those people have forgotten what we were talking about...
Info saved has vanished... letters written and saved are no longer there, though the people vaguely remember the content when nudged...
This is not by the PTB snooping... this is related to time...

No your not. I have seen more and more threads about people noticing this. Something like they remember a certain celeb died then find he is still alive and are shocked...
