Autoimmune diseases:
Vaccines, through injection, bypass the NORMAL route of immune response that is first stimulated at the level of the mucous membranes. They therefore suppress one part of the immune system and over-activate the second part. With this over activation, we thus now have a huge gamut of "autoimmune", (immunity against your own cells and tissues) diseases from diabetes, to rheumatoid arthritis and on and on. Injecting Animal DNA:
To make a viral vaccine, the virus must be grown in tissue cultures from monkey kidney, aborted human fetus, and on and on, because a virus will only grow and multiply in cells. A virus loves to swap out DNA, and thus live viral vaccines are injecting us with animal DNA and then the virus injects the animal DNA into our human genome.

Stealth Viral Diseases:
In the DNA swapping in and out that is performed by a virus, our mad scientists have now created in our human bodies "stealth virus" species, that have lost the part of the DNA that codes for our immune system to attack and wipe it out. Therefore, the virus can multiply unchecked. Dr. Martin claims mental illness, etc. etc. etc can be caused by these stealth viral infections.

Lyme disease is thought by some to be caused by a "viteria" a chimeric cross between a virus and bacteria. The viteria has the DNA to test positive for a bacterial species, but lacks the DNA for the normal antibiotics to be effective and thus must be treated as a viral disease.
