I heard a speaker at a Wellness Conference in Toronto who had worked for the germ-warfare dept of secret services. He claimed that the AIDS virus was put in free Hep C vaccines which were offered in New York and LA. Of course the people that showed up were the low-income, gays, IV drug users, blacks, hispanics, etc ... the segment of the population that isn't' contributing! And this is where the AIDS outbreak began and spread like wildfire thruout North America.
