I think this is the photo-ionisation process of the particles contained within the Chemtrails, if one follows the plasma enhancement theory...which I believe is only part of the story. It's my belief that Chemtrails are multi-purpose and serve many functions depending on the types of chemicals an particulates being used...whether by design or mistake. Great Pic by the way.
