Hi,

The pineal orgasm as you put it is quite normal.
I am a little concerned to hear you got this info from david wilcock's site though.
This is not a beginers meditation and for those who dont have someone in the next room for support, this can be a scary for some.

Mr Wilcock.....you have to take some responsibility for this as this is not in the true nature of starting from the begining.

Back to the pineal though.... in basic terms this is the blood flowing to the pineal gland. This will help you to become more creative and more intuative.

Once again i do not recommend this for people who do not have meditation experience.

I will look into this further.
