I guess there will always be those who feel better after performing empty rituals (all religious people, and many new agers come to mind here) but I myself am too much of a realist. I think that if are par of the problem, and yes I think election fraud is a huge problem) that we are only adding fuel to the fire.

George Carlin, in his stand up routine, used to say that he didn't vote. Instead on election day he stayed home and did something else, he then pretended to touch himself, and said, "at least I have something to show for it WHEN I'M DONE!".
