Negative ions spark (lightening) the breath of life (Oxygen/Hydrogen of which Water is the burnt by-product of).
The Sun (+) is a self sustaining radiating Diamond, and Earth (-) has a magnetic, conductive Metal core (though core debatable). Radiation fused into electro-magnetism creates the frequency of dimension/density in a neutral ground- such as the space between the surface of Earth and the inside edge of the upper atmosphere- cusp/womb. In which all mat(t)ers of life can manifest within (a petri-dish). Add Divine Intelligence/innateness and eventually/evolution life becomes/wiggles/walks into self-awareness and recognizes itself as such. Thus capable of independence and use of free will in thoughts of manifestation within the context of understanding the 4 laws. Furthermore, even to stand together in part/holographic fragment yet representing the whole of humanity becoming to present a “Declaration of Freedom” to the Galactic Council as Citizens of planet Earth.
