Although
nothing is fixed, I don;t think that he will be allowed to say much about the things he discovered - the judge will probably rule it to be irrelevant, and I think that he will be given a long sentence. I hope it doesn't go that way, but that's what I expect. A good psychiatric input could help a lot.
