Hmm, interesting, maybe we would be advised to keep an eye on the volcanic central plateau on the North Island of New Zealand. Namely, Mt Ruapehu, Mt Tongariro and Mt Ngauruhoe. You can throw in White Island too. All of these are currently active. Oh, and don't forget the thermal area around Rotorua as well.
