How about a place like Place Cote-Vertu in St-Laurent.

Usually the food court is empty at around after 4 (mon-Fri), lots of seating and tables....or other food courts (Rockland? Galeries D'Anjou?).

East side Marios has a little room but you need to be about 15 people.
