Dear Steve,

As a moderator, you are to keep the piece, and not to encourage. To speak your piece as a moderator you would need to pull yourself to a totally different level. So anyone here who has a sighting or a experience or history should not be backed up by a moderator, but the moderator keep piece without limited disturbance in a forum.

I understand where you are coming from, but as a mod your standards and views eminate discissions and conclusions on the forum, am I right or wrong? You have to seperate yourself from one or the other.
