I don't know about OBEs but I have had very lucid dreams where I'd wake up with my hands in the air or something involving motion and then realize that it was all a dream. Mind you, some of these dreams were a little too personal. I have experimented with meditation in the past and a bit of mind-altering substances (weed). I often have a difficult time sleeping due to working 3rd shift and it's been a while since I've had a dream that didn't quite feel like a dream.
