The best scenario I heard, you know how it works, sounded pretty plausible. At somepoint communications may not be in working order everywhere so city's would not know what other city's are going through.

Obviously, many would be hungry or sick and need attention so they would welcome assistance and of course you would have to register and be identified for tracking rations or vaccines or whatever. And of course you would have to identify relatives and friends and neighbors for their safety... would Chinese and Russian forces actually appear on US soil for assistance, who knows.

China does have 200 million troops and there fresh, Russia certainly is the strongest of all maybe they all want a piece of America in order to pay back the debt? An Alien invasion by foreign troops it hasn't happened yet.

Basically every system in America has already been relabeled through symbols, colors and codes so it is easy to find your way around through following the symbols.

Take a look at how many different colored Star symbols are readily in plain sight, plus the use of stripes, serpentines, arch's, underlines, etc. The whole country's infrastructure has been "Logoed" done over without anyone noticing, typically using some form of Red, White, and Blue, we think it is patriotic. And whoever would have thought the pepsi logo would mark the entrance to concentration camps as seen in the many videos and pics, as just one example. Even observe the semi's on the road they have all been categorized by their name and logo. National, federal, american, americus, patriot, sentry, united, and R,W,B, colors.

So are they prepared, it seems that way, but are the stories more effective for intimidation by allowing this info. out?

There are always cracks in the plans for which "Allowance" can find its way through.
