hello everyone,
I've gotten so much advice from all you beautiful people as well as quite a
number of people sufferring form the same condition as I,
I've taken advice from henry deacon,in which he said for I to take vitamin d3
supposedly has wonder cures for many ailments,as well some postings have suggested cats claw and stinging nettle,well just a few days ago,I picked up these three vitamins/herbs...........it's been a few days now......I've tried many different herbs/vitamins,but not these 3.:here are my findings so far,

I have significant reduced swelling ,the pain as well is lesser,I find I am more
energized,my wife has knee problems,and she has found some relief.
so if any others want to try,here is what I am experiencing so far,
again thanks to everyone with their suggestions,and I hope for all others
who also suffer,speedy recovery.........I will keep you informed on my status
in the following weeks......peace.
