I have had very detailed dreams, and seen many unusual things since I was a child. I want to share three recent experiences to see if anyone else out there has heard of, or seen anything like this. I was fully awake during all three. I have had many, many additional experiences. Many of my dreams have involved war, underground bunkers, raids. What strikes me is how detailed they are, how they long they seem, how things smell and feel. It all seems so real. I haven't shared this information because I feel almost embarassed. People will think I'm nuts. Here on avalon, I feel more comfortable to share. I understand that dreams are probably more about me sorting my stuff out, but the stuff I see when I'm fully conscious, well maybe that's about sorting my stuff out too. Who knows. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

1. A round object about 5" in diameter was floating above my head. It was spinning around. It had lights on it, and it was very quiet. It lingered for just a few seconds and then flew directly out through my window (which was closed).

2. I was meditating on self healing. I was repeating "Heal my mind- heal my body- heal my soul" In my third eye I saw a series of triangles, black with white light on edges, moving around very quickly. As they were moving I could feel a shift occuring in my mind. They moved until they formed a complete circle (I think it was more of a ball in shape). Once the circle was complete the experience stopped immediately. What was so awesome is how much better I felt in relation to my mental clarity.

3. I heard " The five ancient ones are coming" during a meditation. I have no idea who the five ancient ones might be. Has anyone heard this terminology anywhere?
