Hi there, Can someone please give a quick rendition of what the guy said, -my sound is out on my comp-thanx
Just read this morning that the army (who are inder manned by 3,000 soldiers)are running recrutment drives in areas of high unemployment-small scale right now but we will see this build up and then drafting will come (imo)
