Hi men..

I have read about that tagging before in some of thousand links that shows up daily.. I think the majority of the people could get kill in theprocess, because the original plan is to reduce the population 90%.

So the ones that would be spare ( to say something "the sheeps" ) will be a very low quantity and easy to control, manipulate, etc..
