Most of my life I've suffered from terrifying nightmares, sleep paralysis, screaming and waking up with my heart pounding so hard it would actually hurt, nearly always with the sensation of a presence by my bed. This started at a very young age and only ended a couple of years ago after I almost died. When I was little I would also go to bed and experience very bizarre spinning and suction sensations on my body with a feeling of deja vu and dread - has anyone else ever had these sensations? I could go into more detail but don't want to get too long winded and boring
