Hello. I don't know if it had been mentioned before, but it might be the Photon belt. I know what you are talking about because we see it too, here in Temiscouata, Canada.

There are many thoughts on this matter, from blind beliefs to total rejection, but here is a piece of information that I found somewhat balanced.
