I too gave away watching anything on TV at home several years ago, and only use it with the DVD player now to play the DivX/AVI/Xvid movies i download or convert because of the larger screen.

I haven't got enough hours in the day now as it is, too busy absorbing the realities in life unfolding around me, the true news and events that mainstream TV will not air. Fast filling up my Terrabyte of hard disk space and transferring to CD/DVD
