I think the question is how have we all felt once turning off our TVs?
My answer is I feel more content, calm, less irritable, and more concious.
Another question comes to mind; while in the transition of dropping the TV have you found yourselves at times almost drawn back to it, as in, one minute you're standing there and your old 'mind ego' starts talking and saying, "hey you should watch some TV"?
Also I find listening to music/radio helps curb your addiction. I call your music/radio the methadone to TV. Hope this helps you TV junkies out there, just thinking of quitting the box.
