I used to have headaches and even migraines when I would have to go back and forth between juggling spiritual concepts of enlightenment, and paying the bills and buying toilet paper, it would cause me some frustration sometimes too

its like my mind had a toll fee for going from one frame of mind to the other, but eventually, once I could weave the two worlds together and make it all one world, the headaches stopped
