Well, I felt the shift. It was a swirling energy, accompanied by pain in the left side of my body and extreme skin sensitivity. The pain and sensitivity are fading today. I feel like there is more room in my brain today...strange sensation.

I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else had a similar experience.
