My husband concurs. It is flight test aircraft due to all the flgiht test equipment in racks in the back of the plane. He has had flight test equipment installed in aircraft before so it is familiar to him.

It is the photo of a jetcraft about to undergo inertial testing. The barrels are full of water, and a type of oil. As the jet manuvers the computers analys the internial effects on the fluids. Looks scary though doesn't it?
