Explore the many threads in the Health/Alternative Medicine Forum. I'm finding that this is one of the very best resources Avalon offers! Some of the other Forums have a lot of giddiness and fear, and you have to sort through carefully. Here I am finding a lot of sober, informed health information, and I'm grateful for it.

By the way, I echo the comment from the member who can't watch videos. It isn't that I can't, but I don't like to. So a brief synopsis is always appreciated.

My gut tells me that the Codex will not be successfully implemented. This is something people would revolt over, especially in Europe and Central America. Americans would be outraged, but essentially to stupefied to resist. At the least, we need to be doing all we can to strengthen and fortify our bodies while we can.

No fear. No anger. Just love. Now get busy. That's the message I get.
