Something's not right. Gout + ringworm don't lead to psoriasis and the other symptoms...sounds like you have some kind of autoimmune thing going on. I don't know anything about your size, diet, overall health but...
The first thing that hits me is that your pH is probably off. You can remedy that with diet. I would try a good antioxidant in doses twice what it says on the label...there are no side effects. Grapeseed extract, pycnogenol (pine bark), astaxanthin...all are good. You also should take metabolic enzymes on an empty stomach. Good enzyme products are a little pricey but well worth it. And a plenty of probiotics to keep your gut metabolism efficient. Never, never let yourself become constipated! This is a source of sickness and death. Don't take laxatives. Constipation is to be avoided, not suffered and then cured. It's so bad for our bodies.
There's more you can do, but I would go this far, sight unseen. You might consider a parasite cleanse as well, but at the least you need to adjust your digestion and take antioxidants. If you do this, I'd like to hear from you again in a few weeks to see how you're doing.
