Bush is not stupid, and isn't gonna just call martial law out of the blue. If they are smart, they would have a fail proof plan, to declare martial law. Examples would be, a wide scale attack on U.S cities, civil unrest amongst big cities, or even an economic collapse would spark citizens to hit the streets looting and protesting.
Those 1st brigade troops is not what we should all be fearing. We should all be fearing Bush's and Cheney's private shadow mercenaries "Black Water U.S.A." All ex-military soldiers. If that doesn't put a chill down your spine, then your just worthless sheep.

I don't care how many blackwater idiots and military they bring in, there's not enough to even begin to contain one state!, let alone the lower 48,so don't worry about the military or the national guard or blackwater combined, there's way to many back roads and byways to completely block everybody from moving around, it's impossible.
