Default Re: Money has no actual value anyway, it is an accounting system/trade exchange mediu

this is a kinda long story but...

most have heard of the hunt brothers and their move to corner the market on silver in the late 70's early 80's. the real story is this:

the state of texas is actualy a republic and according to the treaty that was signed with the united states, every year it elects to be a state and be governed by the united states. it is the only state that is like this. back then governor connelly and the hunt brothers were going to have the state of texas succeed the union and form its own government. they were going to issue their own money that was going to be backed by silver. that is why the hunts were buying silver. the problem was that the PTB discovered this little endeavor and goated the hunts into acquiring some silver in an unlawful manner and then they nabbed them and confiscated all their silver. The PTB were afraid that the fiat money in the US would no longer be desirable when money that was actually backed by something was in circulation. this is a true story and 99% of people never heard it.
