The Galactic Council didn't know because controls are not OVERT.
It's not appropriate for predatory and parasitic Reptiles to prey on mammalian societies indefinitely.
It's not appropriate for predatory and parasitic Reptilian HYBRIDS to pretend they are some kind of ELITE so they can ACT LIKE REPTILES, without any consequences.
Their day is done. But this means, if we mammalian humans are to be set free, we must be competent to live in cooperation with each other, and leave the predatory and parasitic elements of society, behind. Cut them off. Prosecute under Law. Restrain if necessary.
