As others have said, the first step to regaining one's health is to simultaneously cleanse the body of toxic materials and feed the body with real nourishment.

Most people have a build up of parasites and chemical toxins as well as a desperate need for vitamins and minerals. I am a 'health freak' and I have used many methods ranging from long-term fasting to Dr. Hulda Clark's treatments to kinesiology treatements, accupuncture, ionic foot bath treatments and many other things.

In my experience, the detox foot pads made by Kenrico co in Japan are an excellent means of detoxing. Now I did say "Kenrico", not the off-brands now being sold in pharmacy chains and supercenters. You have to buy them from a distributor. I found a distributor on eBay. If you look at Kenrico's website you can see for yourself that they are a scientific company with well established quality controls and industry ceritifications. They have different pads available for different ailments, all info listed on their site.

For the other issue of nutrition, I think we all know at this point what a healthy diet entails. Eat from the ground: raw fruits and vegetables! No fast food, no soda, no processed poison labeled as food. And of course hydration must be maintained at all times. Some suggest 1 oz per 2 lb body weight. During detox, a person may need to double that to 1 oz per 1 lb body weight. For a person with poor health, supplemention is a must. I purchase Nutri-West brand supplements. Hands down, they are the best. Again, by distributor only but there are now online distributors you can find using Google.

For some people, managing their own health seems, at first, seems overwhelming. It was for me when I first began 'waking up' from the nightmare that is the healthcare system of the US. But fortunately, I found an amazing chiropractor/kinesiologist who really 'gets it'. It is always advisable to seek a heath professional. I just think an MD is not the right initials to get help from!

Hope you get the healing you seek!
