There certainly is a difference between wanting to understand what is or might be going on so one can better prepare for it and thinking that you are only a pawn with no options or choices.
After all, you don't want to be so heavenly minded that your no earthly good. 
I for one, my be older but I am always willing to stand up for what I believe is right.
Let's not keep taking the low road but help each other rise above it with knowledge and a better understanding of where we are going as a part of the whole.
