yes me too, although I would like to make more head way. I have given up meat recently, as a huuuuge animal lover who loves her food it was always an oxymoron for me that I eat meat, but having read matthews messages on how when the animals slaughtered you consume their last terrified energies trapped in the flesh, that was enough for me to never go near it again, so that has been easy for me.

As for blissing out in nature I have always done that, I talk to the tree's regularly and feel they respond. But the main thing I have noticed is my eyesight going funny, almost like a tv when it scrambles momentarily. It very much feels like a glitch in the matrix, the hologram failing, then as quick as a flash it is restored.
