We are constantly receiving their help and guidance, but this is our evolution and harvest, not theirs. They merely stand as our elder brothers and sisters, and will only intervene in the case of an absolute catastrophe. We are our own saviours. You can call on their help at any time.
Additionally, the true Galactic Federation, and the Galactic federation that Adama is affiliated with sounds like two different organizations. The true GF, would not interfere with our free will unless we were in threat of extinction. There's a lot of material out there regarding the real Galactic Federation who's located at the present time (in our neck of the woods anyways) in the rings of Saturn. Some of the authors who've channeled and or wrote about them are Virginia Essene, Barbara Marciniak, Tom Kenyon, and the Ra Material/Law of One channeled back in 1981.
