They do try to manipulate events, but to little avail, however there were the storms with the pentacle and no 2 written in their vortices. They cannot totally control the weather, just try to manipulate it. Utter utter vile beings - the PTB! But don't forget, the PTB are global, not just in USA, they are conjoined in their 'Armageddon' to their 'Rapture' tendencies. Every bribable bank, every corrupt politician, they are there - globally.
