Forgive me, I live in UK and don't know about these things, but....
Is it true that the recent gift of (almost) a trillion dollars from US citizens to the ruling cabal in DC is actually being overseen by a former high honcho from Area 51, known to the Russians as "Stargate Commander", Neel Kashkari?
If this is so _ I don't want to start a conspiracy here - can anyone tell me "Why?"
