Will you please repeat the dates in which you suspect these DNA shift portals are supposed to be opened for everyone? I believe you said the first would become available October, 7th.

Also, if you please do myself and everyone else a small favor and dowse if there are specific locations on the earth, power points, grid locations (ie, Seonda, AZ or Mt. Shasta, CA) in which these DNA upgrades easier take place?
