I didn't give my permission for 9/11. Can we please rewind?

I hereby retract any permission for anything bad to happen. Whew... safe now!

I'm not trying to be negative or malign comments. In principle, I agree that we do much to create our own future. Positive brings positive. I live my life trying to improve all around me.

However, I also don't believe that we should bury our heads in the sand. If only wishing it away would make it so...

I plan on approaching my future with eyes wide open, hope for the future, and journying towards enlightenment. I wll also maintain awareness that not everyone in society shares my ideals, that some have bad intentions, and that awareness and preparation can be positive.

While I don't believe we can wish away some of the things that are coming, we can be prepared to shape a different future. I choose to devote my life to that positive future, but not in a way that ignores reality.

It is only fear mongering if your attitude sees it as such. My glass is half full.
