Maybe the best way to control the people is having the internet up and running ... This way they monitor exactly how much we know.
I started a thread on free email ... check it out.
Internet is coming from ARPA ... it is actually coming from the military and it was designed to be self healing.
If a route becomes unavailable it will search for another one ...
I guess it's a question of what outweighs what at a given moment.
