I trained myself to stay with whatever feeling or emotion that came up.
Any reaction I felt to outside events or circumstances would make me stop for a few seconds, breath, stay with the reaction and then , magically, it dissolved.
I want to recommend Michael Brown for all of who are attracted to this and read him.
