I'm in San Diego, CA.-- my dog is fine, and the turtles are fine. The Redtail hawks have already migrated south, so there aren't as many around. I'm still seeing bats and the neighborhood barn owls when I'm outside late at night. Biggest oddity here is the weather: it is still 'Midsummer hot', though we are supposed to get a bit of rain in a day or two...
