it's a clever scam if that's what it is, they force people to panic and withdraw their money and thus contribute to the bankrupsy themselves. I think either way, whether this is true or not, we're in for a rough ride. The bailout bill WILL be accepted today, and so this will play a major part in rendering the dollar useless, and the people are panicking because of these rumours and making the situation worse by making mass withdrawls.
