I've read many stories about Shasta. While many are quite fantastic, I feel pretty sure there's something there. I don't know what. There are too many tales about underground cities, especially throughout the American southwest, for them all to be fabrications. All up and down the length of California, there are tales of traces of ancient inhabitants with amazing characteristics...giants with double rows of teeth...huge underground cities filled with strange images...ships stranded hundreds of miles from any ocean...and down where I live, a complex of giant standing stones that stretches for miles and is not fully plotted or mapped.

It would be a treat to visit the place. I would genuinely love to hike and camp on Mt. Shasta.
