I was a supernumerarii in the Roman Legion that took on Spain (Legio Hispana). I was 11, on holiday to Madrid with my parents, and time seemed to unwind and I was watching 'myself' at the side of a Roman army, commanding runners and map carriers with errands. I looked 'myself' in the eye and saw a shudder pass through 'myself'.

I knew then I had looked at 'myself' thousands of years before.

I got that feeling again recently, when looking into 'thin air'. I wondered straight away was it myself in the future coming back to see 'me' in a former life?
