I would recommend therapeutic grade essential oils for restoring your body's natural energetics after exposure to unnatural frequencies.

It can be as simple as applying a drop of oil to your shoulders or solar plexus. Studies have measured the human body's natural frequency to be between 62-78 MHz, while disease can begin manifesting in a human body humming at frequencies much lower than about 58 MHz.
