Oh, just thought: the character doesnt wear black either. He appears dressed in a well worn pale cloth with tatty cord tied around his waist.
In appearence he looks powerless. Few know his true power as he is never around long enough to be described. He is a agent sent to deal with disturbence and the forces of chaos. He can travel through time and space and stop almost anything in his way.
Wish i could do some of that.
