We just need a certain time of day to do it. I propose it should be the same time every day so alarms can be set etc.

My first thought was everyday at Noon and at Midnight EST (New York Stack Exchange Time).

I chose noon because that is when it seems the busiest on these forums but I could be off on that.

Midnight is for the other half of the world and those who are on this schedule.

this is fully open for discussion as it is "our" project, we want to appeal to as many time zones as possible

thoughts?
