The Congressman is speaking now on Alex Jones about the statement "martial law" is Congressman Burgess. And he said it is a term that was used to show that they were unable to review the law, and were being thrown out of meetings, like democratic congresswoman Marci Kaptur {sp}.

Rep. Burgess Alex's show is a republican congressman and was thrown out too.

It is NOT martial law in the streets! Saying that we have martial law is being guilty of "spinning" the news, and YELLOW journalism!

BUT I will state, that in fact the president DID renew the declaration of emergency which allows many draconian laws to be used.
